CBX Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, including roof inspections, repairs, replacements, storm and hail damage services, and related roofing services.

CBX Roofing serves Idaho Falls and surrounding areas, as well as other service areas identified by CBX Roofing from time to time.

If these Terms & Conditions conflict with a subsequently executed written project agreement, the project agreement will control with respect to that specific project.

Nothing on this website replaces or modifies the terms of a signed construction contract.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for roofing services will be provided through an estimate, proposal, or project agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable written agreement:

Pricing is based on the scope of work identified in the proposal.
Additional work may result in additional charges.
Customer-requested changes may result in additional charges.
Concealed damage or unforeseen conditions may require additional work.
Applicable taxes, permit fees, disposal fees, material costs, or other project-related charges may apply as specified in the applicable agreement.
Payment terms will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of work, collection activity, or other remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.

6. Insurance Claims

CBX Roofing may assist customers with documenting roofing damage and communicating with insurance companies.

CBX Roofing does not control an insurance company’s coverage determination, claim decision, depreciation calculation, deductible, payment, or interpretation of an insurance policy.

Insurance coverage is determined by the customer’s insurance policy and insurance carrier.

CBX Roofing does not guarantee that an insurance company will approve a claim or pay for any particular work.

Customers remain responsible for understanding their insurance policy and their obligations under that policy.

7. Financing

CBX Roofing may provide information regarding financing options or connect customers with financing providers.

Financing approval, interest rates, terms, fees, payment schedules, and eligibility are determined by the applicable financing provider.

CBX Roofing does not guarantee financing approval or any particular financing terms.

8. Materials and Product Availability

CBX Roofing may recommend or use particular roofing materials, manufacturers, colors, styles, or products based on project requirements and customer preferences.

Material availability, manufacturer specifications, colors, styles, and product offerings may change.

If a specified product becomes unavailable, discontinued, or materially delayed, CBX Roofing may discuss reasonable alternatives with the customer.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

9. Workmanship Warranty

CBX Roofing may provide a workmanship warranty for qualifying projects.

The specific duration, coverage, exclusions, limitations, and conditions of any CBX Roofing workmanship warranty will be established in the written warranty or project agreement provided to the customer.

A statement on this website regarding CBX Roofing’s workmanship or warranty does not expand or replace the written terms of a specific warranty.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from any CBX Roofing workmanship warranty.

Customers acknowledge that construction activities may cause temporary disruption to the property.

CBX Roofing will make reasonable efforts to minimize unnecessary disruption and clean the work area upon completion, subject to the terms and scope of the applicable project agreement.

12. Permits, Inspections, and Code Requirements

Where applicable, CBX Roofing will obtain or assist with obtaining required permits and will perform work in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.

Changes in applicable code requirements, permitting requirements, inspection requirements, or other governmental requirements may affect the scope, schedule, or cost of a project.

13. Scheduling and Delays

Project schedules and estimated completion dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside CBX Roofing’s reasonable control, including:

Manufacturer delays
